Welcome to the Wu group! We are a research group in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley led by Prof. Junqiao Wu.
Prof. Wu also holds appointments in the Applied Science and Technology Graduate Program (currently serving as its Chair) at U. C. Berkeley, and the Materials Sciences Division at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
We explore physics and applications of functional materials and semiconductors.
Please contact us if you are interested in more information.
