Welcome to the Wu group! We are a research group in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley led by Prof. Junqiao Wu.

Prof. Wu also holds appointments in the Applied Science and Technology Graduate Program (currently serving as its Chair) at U. C. Berkeley, and the Materials Sciences Division at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.

We explore novel properties and applications of strongly correlated electron materials with reduced dimensions, phase transitions at the nanometer scale, and thermoelectrics and optoelectronics of semiconductor films, nanostructures, interfaces and composites.

Please contact us if you are interested in more information.
